Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Medical Billing & Coding Specialist to join our well established Women's Health Practice. This full‑time position involves ensuring accurate and timely medical billing and coding for a range of services, including office visits, procedures, and surgeries. Key Responsibilities Billing & Coding: Ensure accurate and timely billing and coding for obstetrics and gynecology services, including office visits, procedures, and surgeries. Insurance Claims: Review and submit insurance claims, verify coding accuracy, and ensure compliance with billing regulations. Communicate effectively with insurance carriers to resolve claim‑related issues. Patient Statements: Generate patient statements, process payments, and address billing inquiries, providing clear explanations of charges and payment options to enhance the patient financial experience. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in medical billing and coding, with a preference for experience in Women's Health. Skills: Proficiency with ECW (eClinicalWorks) strongly preferred. EMR Proficiency: Experience with ECW is highly desirable.
