Job Description

Job Title

Coordinates daily activities and personnel involved in performing internal operations. Uses independent judgment within the framework of established policies and objectives in decisions that influence operations. Serves as a EMS provider and a professional role model for other employees.

Job Duties

  • Assist management in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures.
  • Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees.
  • Orients new personnel.
  • Assists in investigating, analyzing and resolving personnel and operational problems or complaints.
  • Interprets, implements and enforces compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Expedites workflow and examines work for quality and quantity.

Position Details

Education: Graduate from Specialty Training Program- (Required), Associate's Degree- (Preferred)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years-Related work experience (Required)

Certification(s) and License(s): Certified Emergency Medical Technician - State of Pennsylvania

Skills: Acts Decisively, Leads Others, Supervisory Customer Service
