We're looking for a Medical Billing Specialist (Psychiatric RCM) to own the full revenue cycle for a busy psychiatric and mental health practice. You will manage all aspects of internal billing operations including claims creation and submission, payment posting, denial management, accounts receivable, patient collections, and patient financial inquiries. You will also serve as the primary liaison between the practice and its external billing partners. This is a full-cycle role. You are not handling one piece of the billing workflow — you are owning the entire RCM process from claim to collection and serving as the primary point of contact for patient billing questions. eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience and recent psychiatric billing experience are hard requirements. If you have 2 or more years of full-cycle psychiatric or behavioral health billing experience, are proficient in eCW, have worked with Medicare, and are HIPAA certified, this role is a strong fit.
