Job Summary: As the Time & Materials (T&M) Billing Specialist you will report directly to the Billing Manager. You'll spend about 70% of your time with T&M billings; another 25% assisting Project managers with Cost Research and Code Setup, catching problems early on to resolve them efficiently; and the remaining 5% with various other accounting issues. In a role that requires daily interaction with such a wide range of individuals including Project Managers and customers, the true "keys to success" will lie in the ability to build strong working relationships with various personality types through diplomacy, teamwork, superb communication skills, and a "customer service" approach.
