Medical Records & Coding Specialist NeoWork is hiring Medical Records & Coding Specialists to support U.S. healthcare providers. You will review clinical documentation, assign accurate codes, and manage medical records with precision and full confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Review medical records and clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services Gather and organize medical records for requests, audits, and claims Identify documentation gaps and query providers when needed Maintain compliance with coding guidelines and payer requirements Handle all patient information in a HIPAA-compliant manner
