Position Overview The   Bill Negotiation Specialist   plays a vital role on the frontline of advocacy efforts. This individual will prepare fair price documents, communicate directly with healthcare providers, and manage the day-to-day flow of patient cases through the negotiation process. The Bill Negotiation Specialist ensures cases are handled thoroughly, efficiently, and compassionately, working closely with providers and patients to secure fair resolutions. Key Responsibilities Case Preparation & Documentation • Compile and analyze billing data, provider policies, and price transparency benchmarks. • Draft fair price documents outlining recommended settlement amounts based on research and industry standards. • Ensure all supporting materials (bill audits, patient forms, compliance findings, etc) are complete and accurate before submission.
