The Medical Coder reviews patient records and provider documentation to assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for billing, reimbursement, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Accurate coding supports clean claims and overall revenue integrity. Preferred candidates have home health or hospice coding experience; CPC or CCS certification is a plus.
