Responsibilities include: • Daily dispatch of school bus drivers and vehicles • Driver supervision and problem solving • Route changes and schedule coordination • Customer and school district communication • Handling emergencies with professionalism and composure • Supporting a safe, efficient transportation operation The Ideal Candidate: • Previous transportation, dispatch or logistics experience preferred • Strong leadership and communication skills • Excellent computer and organizational abilities • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Dependable, professional and a team player
