Scheduling Supervisor We are seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to lead and support our scheduling team while ensuring patients receive timely, accurate, and professional assistance throughout the scheduling process. This role combines hands-on scheduling with team leadership, onsite training, performance monitoring, and regional support. The Scheduling Supervisor will spend 60% or more of their time onsite, working directly as a scheduler and with the clinical/operations team. The position also requires identifying patients who may be eligible for our program as well as regional travel to cover, train, coach, and audit onsite schedulers. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and experienced in patient scheduling and electronic medical records (EMR).
