UG2 is seeking a Union Benefits Auditor to conduct detailed audits of union benefit records, eligibility data, and monthly invoices across multiple systems. You will identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and work with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, and unions to resolve issues.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, with strong Excel skills, experience with HRIS/payroll/benefits data, and the ability to interpret CBAs and apply contractual provisions. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
