Associate Director of Health Center (Registered Nurse) Position Summary The Associate Director of the Health Center is a Registered Nurse who provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership in support of the Health Center Director. This role helps oversee comprehensive health services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), complex medical needs, and mental health conditions across assisted living and vocational programs. The Associate Director supports daily nursing operations, staff development, care coordination, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement while promoting clinical excellence and person-centered care.
