Job Description Job Description MEDICAL BILLER St. George, UT   Position Summary The Medical Biller is responsible for accurate and timely medical billing, coding, claims follow-up, and collections for a busy pediatric medical clinic. This position works closely with medical providers, insurance carriers, patients, and clinic staff to ensure services are coded correctly, claims are submitted promptly, denials are resolved, and outstanding balances are collected.   Primary Responsibilities ·       Prepare, review, and submit accurate medical claims to commercial insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, and other payers as applicable. ·       Assign and verify appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on provider documentation and services performed. ·       Review claims for coding accuracy, required documentation, payer requirements, and clean-claim submission. ·       Post insurance and patient payments, adjustments, contractual allowances, and other...
