Join our Follow-Up Team to help move insurance claims efficiently and reduce aging accounts. Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Perform insurance follow-up on aging claims Review and work accounts receivable to prevent delays Access and navigate insurance portals for claim status updates Contact insurance carriers to resolve denials, delays, and underpayments Submit corrected claims or additional documentation requested as needed Document account activity accurately and thoroughly Identify trends in denials and report issues proactively Requirements What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or GED required At least 1 year of medical billing experience (ambulance billing a plus) Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Attention to detail and ability to follow through Comfortable working with insurance...
