We are seeking a Certified Coder to ensure accurate coding of charges and compliance with CPT-4, ICD-10, HCPCS in a busy practice. Responsibilities include reviewing records, abstracting diagnoses and procedures, and educating providers on audit results while maintaining professionalism.
