RevCycle is growing and seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle billing inquiries from patients, law offices, insurers and other outside entities. You may work remotely or from our Marshfield, WI office, with opportunities to support payment resolutions and explain options.
In this role you will use multiple systems to review accounts, discuss deductibles, co-insurance and denials, while delivering compassionate service and achieving KPI targets, all while protecting PHI and SPI
