Job Summary and Qualifications As a Home Health Coder II, you will be responsible for reviewing and coding for home health and hospice utilizing clinical notes (i.e., H&P, recent Discharge summary progress notes, F2F notes, etc.). You will document recommendations for coding and OASIS edits. You will work with team lead and/or denials team to resolve coding related issues.
