We run a company with a lot of repetitive daily work that should be handled by small, smart pieces of software. Instead of hiring a big dev team, we build these tools by directing AI (Claude and similar) in plain English — describing what we need, testing it, and refining it fast. It works, and we want a team member who can do this with us every day. We’re looking for one person to be the daily “vibe coding” partner: someone we can hand an idea to in the morning and, by working alongside AI tools, turn it into a working app or automation. You don’t need years of experience or a computer science degree. You need to be quick, curious, dependable, and genuinely excited about building things.
