Role Description The Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Program Management Office (GMA PMO), will partner with the Director, GMA PMO to support the global hematology franchise. Serving as a Franchise Program Manager, this role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of key Medical Affairs initiatives. Lead cross-functional planning and execution of global medical initiatives. Drive development and tracking of integrated evidence plans and medical strategies. Facilitate alignment with key stakeholders and ensure communication across teams. Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
