Job Description Job Description Medical Biller (Meals)  – State Meal Benefit Biller is responsible for the accurate and timely billing of medically authorized meal services to Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), Medicaid programs, state agencies, and other third-party payers. This position ensures claims are submitted accurately, payments are reconciled, denials are resolved, and all billing activities comply with federal, state, payer, and organizational requirements.
