Laredo Technical Services, Inc. (LTSI) seeks a Certified Medical Coder for Ambulatory Procedure Visit (APV) coding in a fully remote US-wide role. Normal hours are 7:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Responsibilities include accurate assignment of E&M, ICD, CPT and HCPCS codes from medical records, auditing support, and collaborating with MTF staff to ensure documentation supports coding.
