Hamilton County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) employees are required to respond quickly in the event of a public emergency. All staff must keep their contact information current and be available to mobilize at any time. During a public emergency, work hours may be modified to meet community needs. This internal promotion is only open to current Hamilton County EMS employees. The posting is for the 24/72 shift schedule, with a base of 1,872 regular hours and 312 mandatory overtime hours paid at time and a half.
