Nature and Scope The Medical Billing Specialist is responsible for collecting and entering timely and accurate claim information. This position will submit claims utilizing insurance carrier guidelines and will also follow up on submitted claims that are unpaid, rejected, or denied. The Medical Billing Specialist reports to the A/R Manager within the Centralized Billing Office. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
