Exemption: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Location: Onsite – Covington, LA. (Hybrid schedule with 2 WFH after orientation) Position Summary The Quality Compliance Auditor supports LOPA’s compliance efforts through managing occurrence and deviation processes, designing and executing internal audits, and coordinating external audit readiness activities. This role evaluates organizational adherence to policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards, and collaborates with leadership to identify areas for improvement and ensure sustained compliance and audit preparedness. Essential Functions Must be able to effectively operate Google suite applications as well as learn and adopt computer skills to effectively update and communicate within programs such as LOPA’s referral management software and quality management software and hospital electronic medical records systems.
