The Washington Center for Bleeding Disorders (WACBD) has cared for people with bleeding disorders across the State of Washington and neighboring states since 1974. We are a federally funded Hemophilia Treatment Center dedicated to securing, promoting, and protecting optimal health for individuals with bleeding disorders.
