Senior Medical Biller – GYN, Fertility & Laboratory Billing Location: Manhattan, NY (In-Person) Ferny is a rapidly growing women’s health and fertility practice in Manhattan seeking an experienced Senior Medical Biller with a strong background in gynecology, fertility, and laboratory billing. We are specifically seeking a candidate with hands‑on experience in full‑cycle medical billing and insurance collections — including claim submission, payment posting, denial management, appeals, insurance follow‑up, and reimbursement optimization. This is not a front‑desk or eligibility‑verification position.
