Specialty Coder - Hospital Overview Responsible for primary diagnosis and complex procedural coding for designated hospital service lines by reviewing detailed physician documentation within the medical record and accurately assigning ICD‑10 and/or CPT codes. Primary coding responsibilities are for Inpatient or Outpatient accounts identified as high priority, including Cardiovascular, Transplant, Invasive GI, Orthopedic Spinal, and Interventional Radiology‑Vascular and Cardiology.
