Responsibilities Electronically submit claims to insurance companies, keep current on all claims. Investigate, resubmit and appeal any denial claims. Provide requested reports to support billing to CFO, Finance, CEO, accountant, etc. Ensure client demographics and insurance information is accurate and up to date. Maintain insurance and claims files. Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA privacy rule regulations. Communicate issues, info and support needs to CFO/Designee. Provide support regarding insurance claims and payroll issues. Participate in team meetings.
