We are hiring an experienced RCM / Medical Billing Specialist to support a U.S.-based healthcare practice. What You Will Do: Review and clean up pending and aging claims/AR and identify billing issues. Handle claims submission, insurance follow-up, denials, and appeals. Verify CPT and ICD-10 coding accuracy and resolve outstanding claims. Maintain accurate billing records and provide clear updates on claim status. Shift: U.S. Business Hours Work Mode: Remote Experience: 2+ years of U.S. medical billing/RCM experience required, with strong hands-on experience in AR, claims follow-up, denials, and appeals. Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, EOBs, insurance workflows, and EHR/EMR systems required. Experience with RCM cleanup, backlog management, and small or mid-size healthcare practices is a plus.
