JUNIOR COMPLIANCE AUDITOR
As a Junior Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facets of program & state compliance within the assigned portfolio is maintained.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews and returns initial rental application packets within 48 hours
Reviews and returns all non-income qualified file corrections within 24 hours
Reviews and returns all move in documentation by the 10th of every month
Reviews and returns all Annual Recertification files whose income exceeds the current 60% income limit within...
