Seeking a Site Safety & Compliance Auditor with field experience in battery energy storage systems for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Wichita Falls, TX. Pay: $45 - $55 hourly (based on experience) Responsibilities: 1. Safety Leadership & Field Operations (50%) Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing strict adherence to all safety standards and exercising full Stop-Work Authority when unsafe conditions or behaviors are observed. Oversee Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) safety, including onsite inspections of battery handling, storage, and transportation in compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.
