Mission • Conduct quarterly grower audits along with scoring to assign bonuses for each grower at all 3 locations, PA, NE & VA. • Ensure implementation of all Hendrix ISA SOP's and FLAWS during grower audits • Assist as needed with PT testing and other blood draws or lab sampling. • Compile and track production data including weekly MT022 report. • Assist as needed with chick deliveries and pullet moves. • Fill in for Breeder Manager absences as needed. • Assist with organization of grower meetings. • Conduct or facilitate annual animal welfare training for all growers. • Supervision of vaccination and service crews as needed. • Other activities as directed by management Profile • This position requires the ability to travel quarterly via car and airplane. Candidates must be comfortable with both regional and national travel as needed to support business operations. • Ability to work well in a group. • Ability to work hours...
