Job Description Job Description Position Summary The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all production activities during the night shift to ensure the safe, efficient, and high ‑ quality manufacture of automotive components. This role provides leadership to production teams, coordinates workflow, resolves issues, and plays an active role in quality assurance by performing routine quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
