This role ensures timely, compliant coding that supports accurate reimbursement, regulatory reporting, and organizational quality standards. The Medical Coder works collaboratively with clinical teams, other medical coding specialists, and revenue cycle partners to resolve documentation issues, prevent denials, and maintain coding quality and productivity benchmarks.
