Supervisor Medical Assistant – PACE Clinic CalOptima invites a mission‑driven community organization to advance member health with excellence, dignity and respect for the frail and elderly. This role supports our PACE clinic team in Orange, CA, with full office or California‑only telework as approved. Responsibilities Supervise the PACE Medical Assistant (MA) team, ensuring daily operations, regulatory compliance and quality documentation. Coordinate patient care, staff scheduling, training and performance evaluation of CALOptima Health PACE MAs. Develop and revise PACE policies, conduct in‑service training and maintain MA schedule for adequate staffing. Assist program support activities, including grievance resolution, quality improvement oversight and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
