Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented On-Site Biller to manage and oversee the full revenue cycle process in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing, timely reimbursements, and effective coordination with clinical and administrative teams. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) process, including claims submission, payment posting, accounts receivable, and denial/rejection management. Review and interpret ERAs and EOBs to ensure accurate posting and reconciliation. Ensure compliance with E/M coding guidelines and payer requirements. Monitor insurance reimbursements, with a strong focus on Medicare, HMO, and PPO plans. Frequently interface with Chinese-speaking patients regarding billing and insurance matters.
