Key Responsibilities Manage and organize audit files, providing administrative support for audit processes. Assist Health Plan staff in developing, documenting, and reporting audit findings. Oversee delegation audit activities to ensure adherence to standards and regulations. Analyze audit data to identify issues and support management decision-making. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in audit or compliance. Experience in a managed care or healthcare environment preferred.
