Summary The Medical Billing Specialist will be a primary point of contact for their assigned portfolio of accounts. They will have full responsibility for the client relationship, provide both tactical and strategic oversight, and work with internal operations teams to solve issues as they arise. The Billing Specialist will utilize key operational & financial performance metrics for each account and be responsible for communicating results to the client.
