As a Compliance Auditor, you will help ensure that employers follow the rules set out in their labor contracts. In this role, you will carefully review payroll records, timesheets, and other documents to confirm that workers’ hours are reported accurately. You’ll also check that employers are making the correct contributions to employee benefit plans, such as health insurance and retirement funds. Your work plays a vital role in protecting workers’ rights and supporting the integrity of the Trust Funds that many employees rely on.
