Responsibilities The Professional Fee Coder accurately processes professional service charges, including verification of CPT and ICD codes through our EPIC Workqueues. May process technical component charges in compliance with Provider Based or RHC Billing requirements. The Professional Fee Coder will perform coding functions for either primary care or specialty focused areas. Requirements Knowledge of coding principles normally acquired through an Associate's Degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Business Services, or an equivalent program with emphasis in coding or a minimum of two years coding experience.
