Job Description Job Description This position is supervised by: Senior Manager, Operations This position supervises/manages: Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Technician Assistants Job Summary: The Medical Supervisor is responsible for the daily medical operations of the SPCA of Texas in a manner that allows for the highest quality of care and medicine provided to our animals. Summary of Essential Responsibilities: • Performs all work in accordance with SPCA of Texas protocols; • Oversees the daily medical operations including inventory management, medical treatments, and staff management. • Provides support to the work performed and as directed by the Shelter Veterinarians, Chief Veterinarian, and Senior Manager, Operations. • Actively engage with volunteers in such a way that provides support for our volunteers and staff and proactively improves our volunteer program. • Be an ambassador for the SPCA of Texas, sharing the work and mission...
