Position Summary The Associate Deputy Director – Medical Services (ADD-MS) is responsible for supporting the leadership and strategic direction of medical services across the agency. This role involves supervising critical medical projects and program operations while ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a registered nursing background, pediatric expertise, supervisory experience, training experience, and a strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally competent care for diverse populations, including unaccompanied minors.
