Our Healthcare Billers are the revenue cycle backbone for SMB medical and dental clinics, PE-backed specialty groups, and surgical centers across the US. You will handle claim submission, denial management, A/R follow-up, and patient collections — fully supported by an AI agent that handles up to 55% of routine task volume so you can focus on the work that requires expert judgment. Key Responsibilities Submit clean claims across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers with ≥ 95% first-pass rate Manage denial queues — identify root cause, correct, and resubmit within payer deadlines Work aged A/R buckets proactively; keep A/R over 90 days below 15% of total A/R Perform patient collections and balance follow-ups with professionalism and HIPAA discipline Navigate EMR and billing platforms (Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, AdvancedMD, or equivalent) Collaborate...
