Job Description Responsible for ensuring that the department is staffed appropriately to ensure the effective delivery of nursing care and specialty needs of services are met. Maintains compliance with established quality standards, manages unit staff productively, assists in budget development and maintenance, and assumes a leadership role in the development of professional practice. Principal Accountabilities Coordinates daily staffing schedule. Consults in a variety of patient care situations requiring advanced competency and knowledge.
