We are recruiting for an exciting leadership opportunity as a Medical Reception Supervisor (MRS) at one of our new state‑of‑the‑art clinics. Under the direction of the Health Center Manager, the MRS directs, supervises and coordinates staff and day‑to‑day operations for the assigned center to provide outstanding customer service, quality and cost‑effective care. The MRS manages the daily operations of the front‑office/reception area, responds to issues such as scheduling errors, patient flow bottlenecks, patient concerns, and employee relations issues, and forwards information to appropriate supervisors and the Health Center Manager as needed.
