Revenue Integrity Specialist Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full time Revenue Integrity Specialist in our Health Information Management Department. Will play a key role in reviewing documentation and coding processes to support accurate billing, regulatory compliance, and appropriate reimbursement. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clinical staff to review and clarify documentation that may impact coding (e.g., missing or updated diagnoses, newly ordered tests, duplicative procedures). Liaise with coding and billing teams to provide clinical context and support accurate use of modifiers, CPT/HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes. Occupational Therapist Position Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full-time and/or part-time Occupational Therapist for the '25-'26 school year with the option to begin earlier completing evaluations over the summer. Reporting to the Director of the School-Based Rehab Program, the OT will provide intervention for children in the Yonkers Public Schools, document sessions and progress, prepare Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and maintain ongoing communication with parents, guardians and teachers. OTs will also evaluate students and may have the opportunity to provide supervision to, and documentation for, COTAs. Interested OT may also have the chance to provide aquatic therapy to students.
