About the Job About the Job Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire a full-time Medical Biller, someone who is self-driven, responsible, professional, and a team player. Qualifications Include: Knowledge and use of Waystar preferred. Must have knowledge of Home Health claims billing. Must have billing experience for Medicare, MassHealth and other Commercial Insurances. Must have computer experience - Microsoft Word and Excel, able to create and maintain documents. Must be reliable and dependable. Must be organized and able to multitask efficiently. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities Include: Prepare and submit accurate claims. Follow up on unpaid or denied claims. Insurance Verification. Maintain and update patient billing records. Ensure that all billing practices comply with relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Post payments to patient accounts, reconcile...
