Medical Coder This is a remote based position. Applicants can be located nationwide. We are looking for someone with professional outpatient coding experience. You will be responsible for assigning accurate Evaluation and Management (E&M) ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, current procedural terminology (CPT), and Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) codes, modifiers, and quantities derived from medical record documentation for encounters dependent upon record type.
