POSITION: Medical Coder II Specialist; Certified Coder DEPARTMENT: Pathology REPORTS TO: Medical Records Manager WORK SETTING: In-office training with the possibility of working remote/hybrid. NATURE AND SCOPE: This position is responsible for evaluating medical records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with the International Classification of Diseases Manual and the American Pathology Foundation.
