Sharp HealthCare in San Diego seeks an experienced coding and documentation auditor to ensure accurate reporting of services by clinical providers. You will support and facilitate correct coding standards set by SHC Corporate Compliance in line with CMS/MAC requirements. The role requires auditing and reporting, developing training materials, and presenting findings to management and providers to improve coding accuracy and compliance.
