Physician Support Service is a U.S. based, woman owned medical billing company dedicated to helping healthcare practices enhance their revenue cycle management and boost their business economics.

We are U.S. based and our founder, Melissa Gilbert, has over 20 years of serving as the practice lead of a multi-specialty group focused on family practice. Her experience has helped PSS develop best in class services around credentialing and billing to help practices reduce administrative inefficiencies and boost profitability.
